Becoming a Member
The Ernest E. Just Biomedical Society is open to all members of the Penn BGS community who support our mission statement.
To become a member, either:
- subscribe to our mailing list with your UPenn email address on this site, or
- contact an executive board member and ask to be added to the mailing list.
Once on the mailing list, you will receive email updates on upcoming events and more.
Allyship
an active, consistent, and arduous practice of unlearning and re-evaluating, in which a person of privilege seeks to operate in solidarity with a marginalized group of people
Since EE Just prides itself on being an organization focused on supporting underrepresented minorities but open to all of Penn BGS, it is vitally important for members to understand the process of allyship.
